30 or 60 Day Layaway with 20% down payment.

25% restocking fee if cancelled for cash refund.

Forms of Payment

Cash: Please do not send cash through the mail, cash is for in store purchases only
Personal Check: Make checks payable to "Creter Guitar Shop", Item(s) will ship when check clears*
Certified Bank Check: Make checks payable to "Creter Guitar Shop", Item(s) will ship when check clears*
Money Order: Make money orders payable to "Creter Guitar Shop", Item(s) will ship when check clears*
Credit Card: We do NOT accept credit cards over the phone, Credit card are ONLY accepted on in store purchases.

*Please allow 21 days for clearing of all checks and money orders.

24 HOUR APPROVAL POLICY

We offer a 24hour approval period. Upon receiving the item, you can inspect it and consider it for a 24hour period after which you either keep the item or ship it back to us. Contact us first to make the arrangments. We must have all paperwork or copies of the paperwork packed with the instrument as well as all manuals, etc. that you received. Please understand that this is an approval period and the item can show no signs of wear or abuse or the return option will be waived. If returned merchandise shows wear and/or damage, or is not returned in its original condition, full purchase price will not be refunded. Creter Guitar Shop reserves the right to charge a restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned in same condition as when shipped, repackaged in the same manner as it was received with original packing material, in the same box received, and shipped by UPS, USPS, or FedEx, fully insured. Upon our receiving the item in it's original condition we will immediately refund your money. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Refunds are issued for product value only, excluding shipping and handling.

Special Orders

All special orders require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. If balance is not recieved within 30 days of customer notification, the ordered item will be put in the store for sale and deposit will be forfeited.
